7 Steps to Production Readiness
Cooperative collaboration in seven steps begins with the product idea. We involve the customer in the team work, and work out innovative problem solutions taking market requirements and the economic production of all parts to be produced into account.
- The start. The process begins with the customer’s desire for existing products to be improved or the search for new product ideas.
- The concept. Impulses from all teams show the direction of practicable solutions and shape the concept for realization.
- The design. The concept determines the design.
- Construction. Construction entails the compilation of the final article and production documents.
- Tool manufacturing. The right tools guarantee that the production facilities will function perfectly.
- The initial sample. The customer views the initial samples together with the construction department. Any necessary corrections and alterations are agreed at this stage. Afterwards, the customer gives the go-ahead for serial production to start.
- Production starts.
